The Falcon's Nest is located just off the Alumni Gallery on the Our Lady of Good Counsel High School campus. All orders placed online are fulfilled from this location, as the inventory is one and the same. If you find yourself on campus please come by and see our store!
SHIPPING
Orders will be filled within three school days. During checkout, you may choose UPS Ground shipping ($17.50 flat rate) or in-store pickup (free). We are able to ship orders within the United States. We are unable to ship to P.O boxes; a street address must be provided.
RETURNS
Unwashed, unworn, full-priced items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. To return an item by mail, kindly please call us at (240) 283-3238 for instructions. Items that have been marked down are final sale and may not be returned.
